Valleys and bends, countryside landscape at the gates of Albi, we head quietly towards Aveyron, the Millau Viaduct which we can see from the nearby Puech, the famous village of Roquefort. The Tarn valley is on the left, the river undulates. In summer, the house is cool, you feel good there when it is very hot in the Albigensian basin.

** THE GITE **
Guest house offered as a gîte therefore adjoining the owners who live on the other side, but not overlooked since they have an entrance on the other side and the garden is enclosed. Jean-Louis comes to maintain the swimming pool every morning.
- Air-conditioned living room with open kitchen, lounge with TV, billiards, piano and functional fireplace, and dining table. Independent toilet.
Very equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, American refrigerator, stand mixer, bread machine, blender, mixer, mixer, raclette machine, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Philips® Nespresso pod coffee maker. In an adjoining laundry room: washing machine, dishwasher and second refrigerator.
- A ground floor bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath.
- The other bedrooms are located upstairs, accessed from the outside from the terrace. Each room accommodates 2 people with a double bed, except one room equipped with twin single beds and which can accommodate 2 additional single beds to provide 4 single beds. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Two bedrooms have a terrace/balcony.
Exteriors: approximately 1000m² of enclosed garden which overlooks a forest accessible only 50 meters from the gîte. Fenced swimming pool 8x4.5m by 1.30m deep with ladder. Swimming pool open from May to the end of September, these dates may vary depending on the weather. In the swimming pool area, garden furniture and a covered shelter with table football, sink, plancha and barbecue.
Large terrace of 140m², part of which is covered just in front of the kitchen. Lounge area with garden furniture, ping-pong table in the garden. Hiking trails are accessible from the village 800 meters from the gîte.

Sheets and towels are provided, including pool towels. The rooms each have their own personality: room of the famous Albigensian painter Toulouse-Lautrec, baroque room La Pompadour, Templiers room, Lys room and La Traviata room on the theme of the opera.
