Tucked away in the charming neighborhood of Gracia, this charming apartment is the perfect place to experience the local culture of Barcelona.
The apartment is ideal for couples or small groups seeking to experience the essence of a cosmopolitan and bohemian neighborhood.
The apartment is located in a very quiet street, in the heart of Gracia, near the town hall square, one of the most emblematic squares for its Catalan-style bistros and wine bars.
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers. Next to the room, the apartment has a large dressing room where you can store your clothes in a comfortable and practical way. We can put an extra folding bed if necessary, so it can accommodate up to 3 people.
Thanks to its layout, the kitchen, dining room and living room form a bright, spacious and modern unit. The large balconies make it a bright space, full of natural light, giving it a warm and pleasant feeling.
The living room has a three-seater sofa with a large TV and a study area with Wi-Fi (200MG/5G) and an individual desk to work.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and a hair dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the dining room, it has an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and many more cooking utensils for your entire stay.
Communication with the rest of the city is easy and comfortable. You will be very close to points of great interest such as Avinguda Diagonal, Jardinets de Gràcia
and Passeig de Gràcia, You can get to any point in the city, since the Diagonal metro stop is a 6-minute walk from the
apartment.
In the surroundings you will find a wide variety of restaurants, tapas bars, cafes, cinemas, theaters and food markets and many interesting shops that you will find strolling through the pedestrian streets.
During your stay we ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
The apartment is professionally cleaned before your stay.
Regular check-in between 1:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., after 8:00 p.m. it will have an extra cost of €30 for late arrival, after midnight €50, after 1:00 a.m. it is €10 more per extra hour. Check-ins on Sundays and holidays have an extra cost of €30. Early check-in before 1 pm, if available, has an extra cost of €20. It is possible to do a late check out for €30 more until 17:00, please check on arrival with our contact. - The regulations of our country oblige us to verify the information of the passport, identity document of the traveler.
Barcelona tourist tax not included: €4 per night and per person.
- Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited and carries a fine of 50 to 250 Euros
- This apartment has a macerator toilet. If during your stay you block the WC, any intervention by our technician will be billed €250
- €80 of water, electricity and gas expenses will be paid upon arrival as an extra in all monthly reservations
- €500 deposit to be paid in cash upon arrival for each monthly reservation
