The property accommodates 8 people and is situated on a small hill, giving it spectacular views from almost all the rooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and heating.
The property is a two-storey house. We enter via the hallway which has an attractive staircase with carved wooden banister leading to the upper floor. Entering the dining-living area we can relax on the sofa or have a seat at the breakfast bar to enjoy the wonderful views. The dining area has a large table and in the living area there is a 42 inch TV. Adjacent to a bar in the dining room where you can prepare cocktails is the spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster and kettle as well as all the kitchenware you will need. Finally on the ground floor there is one bedroom with double bed including en suite with bath. From this bedroom there is direct access to the main terrace. On the first floor there are a further three double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the others with twin beds. These three bedrooms have access to a large terrace and enjoy spectacular views of the sea. There are two bathrooms on this floor, one of these with whirlpool bath and the other with a shower.
In the external area of the property there is a attractive private pool with excellent views over the golf course and the sea. The pool area has hammocks and sunshades and there is also a garden with lawned area and plants indigenous to the area, a number of covered terraces, one next to the house and another beyond where the barbecue is located. Both terraces have the corresponding balcony furniture. The external area also has a private and secure parking zone which will accommodate a number of vehicles.
