The apartment has a size of 26 square meters and is modern and comfortably furnished. The apartment is in a quiet location on the 1st floor of the apartment complex Fritz-Wischer-Straße 9, in the middle of a pine forest, close to the beach and centrally located on the spa promenade directly on the dike in the Bad district. The beach promenade begins behind the property, the beach and the lively, unique flair in the center of Sankt Peter Ording can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Here you will find the adventure promenade with many shops and restaurants, the pier to the beach, Gosch, Noah's Ark restaurant on stilts, the dune spa and the dune house with its regular cultural events. Enjoy the view over the salt marshes, the sea and the beach.

Sankt Peter Ording welcomes you again as a holidaymaker from May 1st, 2021 as a model region subject to certain conditions. By booking the accommodation, you agree to all conditions of the state government of Schleswig-Holstein. The apartment has a combined living room / bedroom with kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet (softclosed), hallway and a storage room. It is heated electrically (immediate warmth - no night power). The equipment includes a high-quality box spring bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm, a 150 cm wide wardrobe, 102 flat screen TV and a combined home cinema / music system (radio, CD, DVD, Blueray). In the rollable chest table you will find a selection of board games (Kniffel, Tabu, games collection, etc.) as well as a small selection of books. There are also 2 armchairs available for you to relax. The kitchen has 3 seats with height-adjustable stools, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, microwave, 2 hotplates (ceramic hob), mini oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glasses and pots. A hair dryer is available in the bathroom. You can deposit your luggage in the storage room or on the wardrobe. We charge you bed linen at a flat rate of € 20.00 per booking period. Towels are to be brought by the guest and cannot be booked through us. On arrival your beds (goose down duvets) are already made.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and animals are also not allowed.

The house has an elevator, laundry room with washing machine and dryer (can be used for a fee (50 cent pieces)). There is also a table tennis room and a storage room for bicycles on the ground floor. A parking space (number 5) to the right of the house is reserved for you free of charge. The property has sunbathing lawns and a children's playground.
