The Kitz Residenz is more than an aparthotel: historically influenced, the building shines in a contemporary style. Situated directly in the center of Kaprun, at the bus stop of the glacier cable car, every mountain or ski experience is within reach. The apartments are generously cut and extensively equipped.

Apartment TOP 4 is located on the second floor of the Kitz Residence and has cozy furnishings and a private sauna. There are four bedrooms, two of which have a double bed. The other bedrooms contain two single beds or a bunk bed for two people. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the flat. The living room has a seating area with a sofa bed, a large dining table and a modern, open-plan kitchen. From the living room you have direct access to one of the two balconies . 

The final cleaning costs of € 266,- need to be paid extra on the day of arrival.
