Beautiful and light-flooded vacation apartment in a picturesque landscape.

This high-quality furnished vacation apartment is located in the Tyrolean Lechtal in the village of Elmen. It impresses with its quiet location on the first floor, furnished in a bright ambience and with spacious rooms. The bright furnishings in the living room invite you to sit together and have fun or relax. A sheltered terrace opens onto the garden, where you can sit outside even in bad weather. From the garden you can enjoy the intoxicating view of the surrounding mountains.

The Lech Valley offers numerous opportunities for long hikes and mountain tours in summer. The nature park has unique meadow landscapes, the Lechauen, as well as green meadows and forests. The Lech forms the last wild river landscape in the Northern Alps. You can take part in guided tours at the Klimmbrücke Nature Park House, and there is also a wonderful playground for younger and older children.

In winter, the vacation apartment in the Lechtal is ideally located for cross-country skiers, as there are several cross-country ski trails around Elmen with good connections to the Lechtal trail. For skiing, you can either go to the small ski lift in the neighboring village or to the Reutten cable cars.

Note: Please note that the tiled stoves may not be used and are for decorative purposes only. The entire apartment is heated with central heating!
