The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. Starigrad-Paklenica. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm, closed plot with flowers and trees, limited by a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 150 m). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and access to the balcony (together with eat-in kitchen).
