PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The architecturally appealing apartment house with private pool, beautiful garden area with various shady places to relax, barbecue, boccia field and children's playground is located on the sea in the tranquil resort of "Punat" on the beautiful Kvarner island "Krk". The outskirts location ensures a peaceful holiday surrounded by private cottages without significant traffic, yet it is only a 10-minute walk to the center.
The house offers 6 beautiful apartments and apartments for 2-6 persons. 1 apartment is suitable for 2 persons, 2 apartments for 2-3 persons and 3 apartments for 4-6 persons. Most apartments offer a beautiful sea view. All rental units have satellite TV, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace. In addition, all guests have free Internet access (Wi-Fi) at their disposal. Also a free laundry for laundry is given. Pets are also allowed. In the morning, a rich breakfast is served on request.
In the garden area, guests can use the sun loungers by the pool. On the ground floor there is also a sauna with plunge pool. The private parking lot at the house is for max. 9 cars suitable.
