The house has a beautiful wooden terrace to the west and a beautiful garden. The property is hidden from view. 150 m are to the sea and beach. Hiking in a beautiful nature, bicycle-friendly routes, fishing (Helgeå) and golf (Kristianstad), which you can do here. In summer there are lots of offers, in winter it is beautiful here, but everything takes place in a more leisurely pace. Beautiful swimming opportunities there is always near, especially in Åhus. Many bike paths take you close to nature. In 20 minutes Kristianstad You can also shop and drink coffee. A nice day trip is the legendary island Hanö. In the south Österlens there are farm shops and artists' studios that have opened their doors to visitors. Well attended and the National Park Stenshuved and the medieval castle Glimmingehus are.     “sehr gut ausgestattet mit ausreichend Tischen und Stühlen, gut ausgestattete Küche
    Gute und ruhige Lage, nah am Meer
    die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, haben erst einmal alles Geschirr gespült und Oberflächen abgewischt
    Mit Kindern muss erstmal alles Kindersicher gemacht werden
