Situated in the enchanting town of Montélimar, this charming holiday home is fantastically equipped with a huge south-facing terrace, complete with garden furniture. It is nestled in a peaceful residential area and boasts a bright and comfortable interior, with a spacious living area, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You will be just a stone's throw from the old historic centre of Montélimar. The beautiful city is known as the capital of nougat and is home to a wonderfully charming Provencal atmosphere. The hilltop village of Montboucher on Jabron is just 4km away, which is home to the Golf de la Valdaine golf course. The villages of Mirmande, Marsanne, Poët Laval or Cliousclat are also nearby, where you can discover charming Provencal markets and authentic bistros. The beautiful scenery of the Southern Ardèche also awaits you nearby, which are home to beautiful caves and sites of interest, such as the Aven d'Orgnac and Pont d'Arc. You may also wish to visit Grignan: the capital of truffle, which is famous for its exquisite gastronomy and stunning Marquise de Sévigné castle.
