This exclusive property is located in a stunning location by the sea in a quiet neighbourhood in Son Veri Nou on Mallorca.

The spacious patio is furnished with six sun loungers, comfy outdoor sofas and sun shades and offers stunning views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool to cool off. Plenty of garage car parking spaces are available.

The villa with an elevator accommodates up to eight people on three floors. On the ground floor, you will find the open plan living/dining room with the kitchen, furnished with sofas, a flat screen television and a large dining table. The modern kitchen unit is fully furnished with all necessary kitchen appliances. The bathroom boasts a shower. On the first floor you will find three double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. On the top floor is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a games room and the laundry room. Wi-Fi is available.

There are a pebble and a sandy beach in walking distance. Restaurants and supermarkets can also be reached after 300 meters. It is not far to the harbour and the golf course.

From Monday through Saturday, a cleaning service is provided.
