“Fonyod war auch dieses Jahr wieder den Urlaub wert. Mit Kindern ist das Strandbad einfach ideal, und die Lokale in und um Fonyod sind nach wie vor zum großen Teil prima.”

“Der Ferienort ist sehr nett und für Familien gut geeignet!
Man kann gut und sehr günstig essen, der Strand ist gepflegt und auch wenn das Wasser nicht immer klar scheint, ist es sauber.
Man kann viel unternehmen und eine schöne Zeit erleben!
Wer mit Hund anreist, sollte sich den Hundestrand vorher anschauen, denn der ist nur für Hunde die gut auf andere Hunde können geeignet!
viel zu überfüllt und dafür Geld bezahlen ist schon recht schade.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gegeben und man kann gut Geld eintauschen und abheben!
Sehr gern besuchen wir diesen Ort erneut!”

“Schöner etwas ruhigerer Ort wie Lelle oder Siofok.
Der Balaton hat eine Liegewiese und im Wasser (zu Beginn knietief und nach 500m reinlaufen Hüfttief) ist Sandboden. Durch seine Flachheit ist er schnell warm und bleibt das auch den Sommer über.
Preise sind noch recht human geblieben. Bier 0,5 L am Strand 2,60 EUR.
Abendessen in den vielen Kneipen am Strand (im Ort die haben leider fast alle schließen müssen) pro Essen ca. 6 bis 7 EUR.
Der Strand rechts vom/ am Hafen ist der Hauptstrand und mit kleinen Kindern sehr zu empfehlen, da es hier einen Kleinkinderbereich gibt mit Wasserfontainen und so.
Fährt man über die Bahnschiene und dann links vom/am Hafen kommt man zum Hundestrand. Hier ist es etwas ruhiger und man hat auch die Gastronomie gleich in der Nähe.
Wer es ganz ruhig will sollte einfach im Ort die Augen aufhalten und eine der zahlreichen Straßen/Einmündungen zum Strand nehmen. Ich glaube der ganze Ort ist mit dem Strand verbunden...”
