Baabe liegt auf einer Landenge im Biosphärenreservat, einer Schutzzone der UNESCO für seltene Ufer- und Strandvegetationen. Durch seine Lage vereint Baabe alle Landschaftsformen, die auf Rügen vorkommen. Hier gibt es Laub- und Nadelwald, die hügelige Boddenlandschaft und natülich die Ostseeküste. Ein ausgedehnter Spaziergang an der Ostsee ist nicht nur sehr reizvoll, sondern auch gesund. Die Sonne, der Wind und der vitalisierende Salzgehalt der Luft wirken unverkennbar zusammen und stärken die Abwehrkräfte des Körpers. Unser Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Ferienhausanlage mit Häusern im skandinavischen Stil und Holzblockhäusern.

Durch die erstklassige Lage auf einem naturbelassenen Grundstück, mit lichtem Wald und direkt hinter den Stranddünen, bietet unser Ferienhaus optimale Urlaubsbedingungen.
Nach Eingang der Restzahlung erhalten Sie die Anreiseunterlagen - in diesen sind die noch zu zahlenden Nebekosten hinterlegt.
Die Nebenkosten müssen vor Anreise an den Vermieter überwiesen werden. Die Kaution dient zur Verrechnung der Nebenkosten für Strom und Wasser, der Restbetrag wird innerhalb von 14 - 21 Werktagen, nach Abreise auf das anzugebende Konto zurück überwiesen. Hinweis zur Kurtaxe im Ostseebad Baabe, seit dem 01.01.2021 zählt der An- und Abreisetag als ein Kurtaxenpflichtiger Tag pro Person (Bsp. 7 Tage buchen = 8 Tage Kurtaxe pro Person).
