Das Ferienhaus steht direkt am Meer, in einer kleinen Siedlung 6 km südlich von Ronneby mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kurpark und Freibad. Die Schärenküste bietet ausgezeichnete Bedingungen für Angler, Kanuten und Badefans. Am gemauerten privaten Steg 14-Fuß-Boot mit 15-PS-Motor (SEK 1000 pro Woche) auf Bestellung zu mieten, hier auch kleiner Sandbadeplatz. Größerer Sandstrand ca. 200 m. Kajakvermietung in Bökenäs (2 km). Empfehlenswert ein Ausflug auf die Insel Karön mit der Fähre ab Villa Vassen (1 km), auf der größten Insel des Schärengartens findet man Spazierwege, schöne Badeplätze und ein traditionsreiches Restaurant. Das 2016 fertig gestellte, hell und freundlich eingerichtete Haus steht in einer Stichstraße, auf einem etwa 1600 m² großen Grundstück mit Kies- und Rasenflächen, teils von Hecke umgeben. Der Besitzer, der nebenan wohnt, bietet nach Absprache und gegen Bezahlung Angeltouren an. Eigener Grundstücksteil mit Rasen, ca. 150 m², überdachte Terrasse, Gartenmöbel, Gasgrill. 1 Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück.
