Appartamento Spiaggiati is centrally located to all the services of the Torre San Giovanni marina, and to the free or equipped beach. The stretch of coast is characterized by the white Caribbean beaches and the crystal clear sea, visible even from afar and from the apartment itself. The port, the squares, and the seafront are practically under the house. All services are on site. The neighborhood is well served with groceries, markets, restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, cafes, shops for various items, shops for maritime equipment, children's items, tobacconists, ATMs and even designer shops. Furthermore, staying on site, numerous excursions can be organised. To move by car, the privileged position of the property allows quick travel, thanks to the different travel options, towards various destinations, such as Capo di Leuca, Pescoluse, or towards the north and therefore Gallipoli.
