It is a villa embellished by a fantastic location, overlooking the lighthouse of Porto Colom, surrounded by the sky and the sea, built with high quality materials and equipment, modern style but warm tones, immersed in a Mediterranean atmosphere, with an area divided into many warm and functional environments.

How not to fall in love with this 3-storey villa! Just by looking at the infinite blue of the sky that surrounds the entire property, you can imagine dinners under the stars by candlelight or in the light of the lighthouse, or aperitifs in the pool waiting for the sunset ... instead for those who love to wake up early in the morning, you can let yourself be lulled by the warm tones of dawn and practice a little yoga at the edge of the sea ... not to mention a prosecco immersed in the swimming-pool! Or you can practice some exercise in the gym room (a small one!), challenge your loved ones and friends to a game of billiards! You have 5 double rooms available, each with television, air conditioning, wifi and private bathroom, being able to accommodate a total of 10 people.It is a villa embellished by a fantastic location, overlooking the lighthouse of Portocolom, surrounded by the sky and the sea, built with high quality materials and equipment, modern style but warm tones, immersed in a Mediterranean atmosphere, with an area divided into many warm and functional environments: fully equipped kitchen with every comfort, different covered terraces and gardens, solárium, swimming-pool, private entrance to the sea, BBQ area, laundry, office area, play room that includes billiards and small gym with bathroom, swing for children. There is an external socket for electric car charging.On the ground floor are 3 double bedrooms with king-size and en suite bathrooms (one of them with direct access to the garden and sea view). Kitchen and dining-sitting room are connected and directly flow to the spacious covered terrace, delightfully furnished with table, chairs and sofa, with sea and lighthouse view.On the first floor, reached by a lift or a wooden stair, are two double bedrooms with large beds, en suite bathrooms and spectacular sea views. Besides, there is an office area for remote workers endowed with a living-room corner that flows to the open terrace and a chill out zone where to enjoy breath-taking views!

- Airconditioned H/C: Every booking includes the usage of 550 KW/weekly. Beside that threshold you will be charged €0,30 for every extra KW used. We will take note together of the exact consume made. The extra sum will be charged either in cash upon departure or deducted by the deposit.- Due to the character of residential area, you will take care of the quietness of the vicinity as if it was your own house. Mainly from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., avoid loud music and loud noise. We provide one set of towels (body&face) and one swimming pool towel for each guest/staying. We can agree differently beforehand.- The villa is equipped with crockery, cutlery, kitchenware, bed linens and towels for normal use. You will also find toilet paper and hand-soap to get your stay started. If you run out of supplies during the rental period, you are responsible for buying the necessary ones for your stay- the property must be returned in decent condition, taking care to empty the garbage, washing machine and dishwasher and turn off the air conditioning or fans before leaving- According to local laws, BOE NUM. 165 of 11 July 2003, upon your check in all guests of the same booking older than 16 are requested to fill out and sign traveller registration form-Given to the character of residential area, we only expect to host people willing to respect the tranquillity of the place, no noise, no party, no loud music is accepted. If disconnection, nature, calm, nice food, island touring is what you are looking for, we welcome you open-hearted! Arenal Beach is a couple of kilometers away and the center of Portocolom is a 15-minute walk away, following the promenade along the bay. Portocolom is a jewel set in the east coast of the island, once a port busy with wine trade, it is now a privileged destination for those who love a beach holiday in a place of discreet elegance, in an atmosphere full of natural views, beaches with calm waters and local and restaurants that offer excellent food and wine. The coast offers further exploration of the surrounding countryside and wonderful coves with crystal clear waters, the lighthouse of Sa Punta, symbol of Porto Colom, the Sanctuary of San Salvador, a must for the Church and its monument. You can also go for Porto Cristo Caves and the market of Santanyi and Felanitx.This property offers a holiday that you will not forget in life!Free parking in the property, extra socket provided for electrical cars.
