PALM VILLA

An ideal place for families with children but also for wedding couples and honeymooners, and those seeking quieter relaxing holidays.

3 bedroom luxury villa with private pool located in a peaceful residential complex in Pernera. Sleeps 6.

Palm Villa is a modern designed villa, furnished in style to provide everything our guests need to make their holiday a "home from home" experience. It sleeps up to 6 adults with room for cot beds and is in a quiet location a few minutes' walk from the beaches and restaurants of the highly sought after golden coast area of Pernera, home to the beautiful beaches of Sirena Bay, Kalamies Beach and the Golden Coast Hotel. Fig Tree Bay and Protaras is approx 45 min walk or 10 mins max by car or bus.

The rental price is fully inclusive of private pool, sun loungers, air-conditioning, wi-fi internet access, satellite TV, CD/DVD player, all crockery and cooking utensils needed (plastic cups, plates and cutlery for the children) as well outside dining, traditional Greek brick barbecue, bed linen, bath, hand and beach towels & support of our local management team Martin & Maureen.

A welcome pack of essential food items is available for an additional £15. There is an 18L water machine provided (80 cents to refill!!). Provides chilled water and saves on carrying water bottles every time. Nearest supermarkets are 5 mins walk or the large supermaket More is a 5 min drive.

There is a reliable bus service which has bus stops on the main road outwith of the complex.

The open plan layout of the living, dining and kitchen area is modern and relaxing. Complimenting this are 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin), a family bathroom, downstairs toilet and pool side shower.

Each bedroom has a remote controlled ceiling fan as well as A/C. Hairdryers are also provided in each room. There are wardrobes, side pedestals and mirrors as well in each room. The front bedrooms have access to the balcony where you can see the beautiful sunset.

Palm Villa is ideal for families, guests attending weddings at the local hotels and friends seeking a luxurious break in the sun.

Things To Do: Cyprus has over 300 days of sunshine a year, making it a great place for outdoor activities. On the east coast they invariably involve water! Most of the beaches (10 min walk), have a variety of up to date boats, jet skis and water activities including water skiing, parasailing, pedalos and banana boats for hire.

Kalamies Beach is a max 10 min walk from the villa, and has a secluded and sheltered beach which is ideal for swimming with children and there is numerous bars & taverns serving food and drinks all day.

The Golden Coast Hotel, is an increasingly popular venue for weddings with its magnificent view over Kalamies Bay and the marina, and is a max 10 min walk away. It has bars, restaurants, tennis courts, a gym and spa which are all open to non residents. Many of our guests attend weddings at the hotel.

For those who enjoy diving, the Just Scuba company is located 5 mins from the villa where you can book 1/2 or full day boat trips with Paschalis on his Ayias Trias III boat or book to dive with the experts to wrecks and caves dotted along the coast line.

For a family water experience, WaterWorld water park in Agia Napa is a fun way to spend a day.

There are organised day trips with Jimmy to the “ghost town” of Famagusta. Jimmy lived there before the Turkish invasion in 1974 so can provide 1st hand experience of the events that took place.

All of Cyprus is accessible from the villa within one day, even Paphos on the west coast You can drive to the Troodos Mountains, out via Nicosia and back via Limassol. The area is quite beautiful and is full of traditional Cypriot villages nestling on the side of the mountains. Eat well, visit churches, monasteries, vineyards and swim all on the same day.

Golf, Ski and Health & Safety: Golf - there are three courses within driving distance Aphrodite Hills, Minthis Hills and Secret Valley. There are plans to build more courses on the East Coast. Watch thias space!

Ski - there is a short snow season in the Troodos mountains from January to March with fun to be had by all ages from tobogganers to serious skiers. The Troodos mountain range stretches across most of the western side of Cyprus and is about 15C cooler than at the coast year round. There are many famous mountain resorts, Byzantine monasteries and churches on mountain peaks and, nestling in valleys, are picturesque mountain villages clinging to terraced hill slopes covered in vines. Omodos is one such village.

Health & Safety - Palm Villa is fitted with the following safety equipment to make your stay as comfortable as possible: smoke alarms, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first aid kit, glass door stickers and a wardrobe mounted safe.There is also child stairgates provided for top and bottom and plastic safety plug covers. A childrens high chair is also available upon request.
