The Villa is located at the end of a quiet part of the village Srinjine, only 8 km away from the famous town Split and 14 km away from the town Omiš, with sandy beaches and the Cetina river. This can be your ideal base for day trips like exploring Split or beautiful nature at Cetina river canyon or small Mediterranean town Omiš.
This Villa is located in a wonderful private estate with 1400 sqm for your use. Once you enter you'll find yourself in your own private parking lot from which you can enter your fitness and activity area and a nearby pool. On the fist floor you have a kitchen with the newest appliances, a dining area and a living area with the finest and the best handpicked luxury furniture. The sofa in the living area can be made into a bed for 2 people as well. The first floor also contains a one person bedroom with a 90x200 bed and a toilet. The second floor has 3 bedrooms with 180x200 beds and 2 bathrooms (one has a tub and the other has shower). The outdoor area has a pool, sauna, all sorts of gaming activities as well as a BBQ grill and an outdoor eating area. The whole estate is fenced off so you have complete privacy at your disposal.
