Villa with private pool and majestic sea views
The villa is located in a quiet setting, near Agios Nikitas village. An asphalt drive leads up from the village of Agios Nikitas to the villas Spiaggia Dorata, Isola Bella, Vista Splendida, Mare Magico and Acqua Azzurra. Situated on two different levels, natural stone walls, olive and cypress trees, shrubs, thymes, sages and climbers surround each villa to create privacy.
Villa sits on the first level out of the two. The villa has it's own parking space, private swimming pool with patio, outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Also it has uninterrupted sea & sunset views, a shady umbrella to sit under and relax enjoying fresh coffee with breakfast whilst overlooking this view, and listening to the birds of prey "mewing" in the background above the hills. Is perfect! At lunchtime a refreshing cool breeze arrives and dies down just as the sun is about to set.
Entrance level: Entering the villa, the main entrance level has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area has a fire-place and French windows that open onto a wide canopy balcony to the sea views. The dining area has French windows open onto the large swimming pool terrace.
