Welcome to Beauville, at la Rouquette, a charming house of 1744: an authentic house of Quercy style, a farmhouse of the 18th with a dovecote at the end, it’s a character house built with Lot stones; the restoration combining charm and modern comfort, was completed in 2016.La Rouquette is an isolated charming gîte of 275 square yards, surrounded by farmlands and forests, located in Lot-et-Garonne, 5 km from Beauville ( old fortified town), at the top of a plateau overlooking the valley. Perfectly located in the countryside, this property offers all that could be desered by those seeking relaxation and rest, away from the noice of the city and stress of everyday life.

Located at the back of the house,the large private ultra-modern saltwaterpool (12×6) is one of the major assets of la Rouquette. Here, you will swim in heated water ( temperature of 28°C or 83°F), sea-salt and chlorine-free (so, the children don’t have red eyes).
The pool is covered and secured by a rolling electric shutter.
A large staircase with three steps facilitate access to the pool for the youngest and the older amoung you.
It’s surrounded by a large terrace (100m²) where you can sun-bath or sipping your favorite beverage, in the shade of one of the numerous parasols, watching your children who play in the swimming pool with inflatable games.

Nearby the brick-built barbecue, the acacias arbour, illuminated above the large table for dinner, to share festive meals with your family or with your friends. And near you have the petanque court where you play together enjoying an aperitif or a digestive.
There is also a terrace at the back of the kitchen which can be covered by an awning to protect against the sun. There is one other large table for breakfast and lunch.
The streetlights, the spots below lime-trees, lanterns on the front wall and the lightings will deliver magie to your holidays.

La Rouquette, with 5 bedrooms both spacious and comfortable, 5 bathrooms (one outside at the end of the terrace, near the spa and the pool) has a capacity for 13 people + 2 babies. Four bathrooms with shower, wc, sink and one with shower and bath.
A fully fitled kitchen will satisfy the most demanding tenants and a living-room combining the charm with the modernity.
Everything to make your stay as pleasant as pleasant as possible, for successful holidays, all kitchen appliances are new: american fridge, dishwasher, cooking range (gas) and electric oven.
The kitchen is fully equipped: microware oven, a second fridge and all electric kitchen appliance which to satisfy even the most demanding gourmets. The living room with flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, MP3 player, safe, internet WIFI.
