Downstairs large livingroom with a fireplace, large kitchen, bathroom with sauna, utility room with a washingmachine, a beautiful large terrace in summerseason. .Suitable for 8 people / in 2 bedrooms and combined family room and also 2 sofabeds in the livingrooms. All bedrooms upstairs. There is a barbeque area in the yard by the lake. Very good sandbottom and low swimming area, suitable for little children also.

There is a rowing boat in visitors use if required. Lake Saimaa is clean water and fishy lake.
Sauna is included in the entire villa accommodation, but not if booked only the Top Floor..
