The detached holiday house enjoys an incredibly quiet location in rural surroundings, away from street noise and the hustle and bustle of town, but just a ten-minute drive from the little town of Cavtat. There are no other houses within a radius of a kilometre. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the Konavle fields and the village of Cilipi on a hill on the other side of the fields. The house is ideal for larger families or a holiday with friends. The house provides 90m² of living space, with three bedrooms for six people. It has two double bedrooms each with a double bed (180 x 200cm and 160 x 200cm). The third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200cm).
Both of bathrooms has a shower, WC and hairdryer. The living room comprises a sitting area with a sofa and armchairs, a dining space and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, toaster and kettle. The two bedrooms on the upper floor have air conditioning, while there is a portable fan on the ground floor. Free wireless Internet access is available.
Outside there is a big terrace with natural shade, providing a grill, table and chairs, as well as an outdoor shower. The pool (3.5 x 3.5m, depth 150cm) in the garden invites you to cool off on hot summer days. There are free parking spaces on site.
The house has a child-friendly interior. A cot and a highchair can be provided. As the house is a kilometre from the village, which is where the nearest bus stop is, a car is recommended.
The location ensures a quiet and relaxing holiday. However, if you feel like visiting a beautiful beach with crystal clear water, would like to buy local groceries, discover restaurants or nightlife, then it is just a ten-minute drive to Cavtat. It does not take longer than 25 minutes to drive into the old town centre of Dubrovnik. On the way to the house, about 5km away, you can find a bakery with daily fresh bread and cake, a well-stocked supermarket with all everyday items and daily fresh meat. The nearest car rental is at the airport, which is a ten-minute from the house. Apart from nightlife, restaurants and clean beaches, Cavtat also has water sports facilities. There is a diving school and you can hire boats, or go on boat trips from Cavtat to Dubrovnik.
