Pleasant House in Stavenisse with Adjacent Garden

This bungalow is located in a holiday park and forms a unit and forms one roof with three other bungalows, with the same style, in a square shape. The bungalow is therefore one fourth of the square layout. The bungalow is located outside of Stavenisse in Zeeland, the southernmost and sunniest province in the Netherlands.

The 65 m2 bungalow accommodates up to six people. Its two storeys house an open plan living/dining room and kitchen, three cosy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. On the ground floor are the open plan living and dining room, furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a flat screen satellite television, a DVD player and a dining table and six chairs. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a four burner gas stove with an exhaust hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher with an oven, a coffee maker and a kettle. One of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor. This bedroom is furnished with two 80 cm x 200 cm beds. The bathroom boasts underfloor heating, a level access shower, a sink with under sink storage, a mirror and a toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the top floor, where the other two bedrooms can be found. One is furnished with two large single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and the third bedroom is furnished with a pull out bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm). A child's cot (up to age three), a high chairs and a baby gate to secure the stairs are also available. Wireless internet access is available free of charge. The bungalow was last renovated in 2015.

The large glass doors in the living room grant access to the patio, furnished with lounge outdoor furniture and a Hollywood swing. The barbecue area is perfect for enjoying the lovely summer nights. The adjacent garden is bordered by a hedge. A secure parking area is available nearby.

Well behaved pets are welcome. Cats are not allowed.

It is 1 km to the long sandy beach. The bungalow is located in a complex with 115 other bungalows. The swimming pool (10 m x 20 m) and the community area are great for relaxing. You can play a game of tennis while the kids play on the playground with a slide and a trampoline. The clubhouse houses a restaurant. Shops, cafes and restaurants can be found in Stavenisse, about 300 meters from the property. It is only 500 meters to the Eastern Scheldt Natural Reserve. The vicinity is great for hiking and bicycling. Scuba divers will love diving in nearby Haventje, Keetenweg und Quaak. Stavenisse's National Memorials are a must see while you are here.

    “Een mooi, licht huisje, goede bedden, mooie badkamer.
    we waren er een weekend met 4 volwassenen en 2 kinderen.Door het mooie weer konden we veel buiten zijn, anders is de ruimte beperkt voor 6 personen.
    Op het park zijn leuke speeltuintjes en een tennisbaan.
    Ook een heel goed restaurant, waar ook honden welkom zijn.”

    “Alles in Allem war der Aufenthalt erholsam. Positiv: Die Ruhe dort war herrlich und auch die Gelassenheit Kindern und Hunden gegenüber. Negativ: Leider waren wir etwas weiter von den großen Stränden entfernt als ich dachte. Ausflüge: Strand von Valkenisse - Es war einfach schön und die Aussicht von den Dünen zauberhaft!”

    “Het huisje zelf was netjes, met goeie bedden, propere badkamer, … Keuken ok en voorzien van alles wat nodig is. We gebruikten de bovenverdieping niet. Tv met heel veel storing. Een spiegel (grote spiegel) is wenselijk. Tuin is goed omheind voor onze pup. We genoten niet van de aanwezige buitenvoorzieningen. Maar die zijn zeker voldoende aanwezig. Goed restaurant in het park ! Positiv: De ligging van het huisje, de privacy, heel veel hondjes in het park Negativ: De kleine slaapkamer beneden (ruimte naast het wel comfortabel) bed. De elektriciteit lijkt mij niet echt veilig. Veel verdeeldozen, touw met knop aan de deur in slaapkamer, draden komen uit de muur waar dan de stopcontacten staan (uitnodigend voor dieren !)… Televisie met schotelantenne werkte met heel veel storing. We kregen de vooraf te betalen rekening, huurprijs en 90 euro andere kosten ??? Ter plaatse betaalden we nog toeristenbelasting en 45 euro voor de hond + 45 euro voor de schoonmaak (90 euro samen) Alles samen vinden we het huisje te duur voor wat het is !”
