The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and has an ensuite bathroom; two additional bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds and share a bathroom and the fourth bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a queen size bed. The living rooms on the ground and first floor are furnished with 50" flat screen televisions. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a stove with a double oven, a dish washer, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster and a large refrigerator with an icemaker. A utility room with a washing machine and a dryer is available for your convenience. Towels and bedding and a hair dryer are supplied.
The house sits on an 1,000 m² property with a large pool patio with a covered area where you can dine al fresco and relax. It is enclosed by a large mosquito net. Enjoy preparing a steak on the five burner gas barbecue. The 10 x 5 meter pool and sun loungers are lovely and ensure a relaxing holiday.
The house is air conditioned and has interior and exterior ceiling fans.
The house has Wi-Fi, a land line (local calls) and a stereo.
