Trendy, quiet apartments is a gorgeous location in the docklands

These trendy apartments are in an awesome location just a stone's throw from the harbour. They are located on a quiet road with no through traffic near the town center. The apartments are an oasis of peace and quiet, yet close to the hustle and bustle of the harbour.

The tastefully designed and furnished apartments are located in picturesque, listed former stables, which have been elaborately renovated. All flats have a separate entrance and have central heating with radiators in all rooms.

The south facing sitting area is the perfect place to relax after a day out. Street side parking is available with fee-based tickets.

The family run apartments offer housekeeping and janitorial services. You can purchase the family card to the club of the Imperial Hotel, so you can use its pool. The flats offer wireless internet access free of charge. Upon request and at a fee, check in/check out can be moved an hour or two. Please note that when arriving by car, that parking is fee based.

It is just a stone's throw to the shops, the harbour and the town center.

    “Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage. Bis zum Hafen sind es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß, bis zum nächsten Strand genau 12 Minuten und zum Pub keine 2 Minuten. Die Ausstattung war beinahe perfekt, einzig ein Küchenhandtuch oder ein Lappen zum Spülen haben wir vermisst. Die Betten sind auf längere Sicht nicht allzu bequem, aber für ein paar Tage Urlaub ist das zu verschmerzen. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön hell und für englische Verhältnisse sehr gemütlich und sauber. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen, für den Preis ist die Unterkunft unschlagbar!”

    “Die Wohnung liegt ebenerdig im Innenhof einer kleinen Wohnanlage. Zentral zum Hafen und dennoch ruhig. Sie ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für zwei Personen okay, die dritte Person muss auf der ausklappbaren Couch schlafen. Für Kinder okay, für Erwachsene ist die Unterlage etwas dünn. TV und Empfang sind gut, sehr gutes W-Lan.
    Leider war die Küche nicht besonders sauber. Der Besteckkasten war lange nicht gesäubert worden, genau wie der Backofen. Der Kühlschrank war auch nicht wirklich sauber. Sehr unangenehm. Wir haben erstmal vieles neu gespült und sauber gemacht.
    Das Bad sah auf den ersten Blick sauber aus, auf den zweiten Blick konnte man aber an den Fliesen erkennen, dass sich die vorherigen Besucher sehr gründlich die Zahne geputzt haben.
    In der Dusche war zu erkennen, dass dort wohl eine Matte gelegen hat und sich Seifenreste darunter gesammelt haben.
    Alles in allem haben wir uns nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt. Leider. Eigentlich eine schöne Unterkunft, wenn sie denn vernünftig und gründlich gereinigt wäre. Der angesammelte Schmutz wäre leicht zu entfernen. Schade, aber wir werden nicht wiederkommen und die Wohnung auch nicht empfehlen.”
