This apartment is on the fifth and last floor of an apartment building with a lift. It is in a first-class location in the centre of Athens, in the very vibrant Ampelokipi district near the President Hotel and on a direct line from the airport. The simple transport connections to the north and south also allow you to explore Athens.
The apartment was renovated in 2019 and provides 42m² of space for three adults or two adults and two children. It has a bathroom with a shower and WC, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm). Opposite the bed there is a dresser with a mirror. The living room provides a sitting area with a sofa bed (140 x 200cm) and a coffee table, as well as a dining space with a table and four chairs. The TV is mounted on the wall above the dining table and facing the sofa. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and kettle. All the rooms have air conditioning and also heating if required.
The apartment has a furnished veranda on the front side and a balcony to the rear. There are no parking spaces, but it is possible to park for a fee at the neighbouring President Hotel or in a nearby parking garage.
The building has a total of ten apartments, eight of which are rented as private homes and two as holiday apartments.Transfers to and from the airport and Internet access are included in the rental price. Guests receive a welcome package on arrival.
Ampelokipi is a very vibrant district. The town centre of Athens, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, tavernas, café-bars, a theatre and hospitals are all near the apartment and many things are within walking distance. It is just 100 metres to the nearest supermarket, where you can do everyday shopping. It is a short journey to the famous Acropolis, the museums and the Plaka, one of the oldest districts of Athens at the foot of the Acropolis. Owing to the convenient location, it is also easy to get to the southern part of Attica and the Piraeus and Rafina harbours, with boat connections to the various islands.
