Holiday house with a big garden and a terrace, amongst villas
This spacious house enjoys a quiet location in Perchtoldsdorf near Vienna.
The total living space of 180m², including all the auxiliary spaces, comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room. The house is fully-furnished and all the rooms have access to the garden. The centrepiece of the house is a big living room with an open fireplace, satellite TV, a big dining table and comfortable sofas and armchairs. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a study with a telephone, fax, Internet, wireless Internet access and a printer can be used as a third bedroom, with a sofa bed (140 x 200cm) for two people. One of the bathrooms has a bath and the other has a shower, and they both have a WC. The kitchen is fully-equipped, completely new and has a dishwasher. There is an entrance and cloakroom area.
In fine weather you can enjoy the big terrace with seating and loungers. There is also a grill. The 1000m² beautiful garden on the south side has mature trees and is very well-tended. There is a gardener, who maintains the garden regularly. The site is fenced all around.
The doors are wide enough for wheelchair users, but there are two quite low steps to get into the house and a little step from every bedroom onto the terrace, as well as two little steps from the kitchen to the living room.
Perchtoldsdorf near Vienna is about five minutes from the A2 motorway. It is about 15 minutes from the centre of Vienna. The nearest bus stop is only 200 metres from the house.
