Holiday house with a balcony, a terrace and a garden

This detached, timber-framed house is in a leisure area, surrounded by old oak and linden trees and with many walking paths, as well as a mountain biking trail four kilometres long up on Orupsberg, on the border to the plain towards the south and very close to the lake with child-friendly swimming spots and fishing possibilities. There is an attractive golf course (Bosjökloster) 4km away.

The holiday house is one of three buildings on the farm, of which one is occupied by the owner and is about 100 metres away. Other residential houses are at least 500 metres away. The one-hectare site also has hens, sheep and geese in fenced areas. The house of around 120m² is on two floors. The ground floor has a 60m² living room with a kitchen, equipped with satellite TV, a DVD and CD player, an electric stove with two ovens, a microwave, a big fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster and a mixer. The washing machine is in a room next to it and there is a big freezer in the bicycle storage room. There is a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and a toilet. The smallest bedroom has a bunk bed and a changing table. A cot is available on request. The other three bedrooms each have two single beds, so there are a total of eight beds measuring 90 x 200cm. The bedrooms upstairs have electric radiators, while the living room downstairs has Daikon air conditioning and there are electric radiators in the hallway and in the bathroom.

There is a balcony to the east and two double doors lead from the big living room out on to an east-facing terrace, with quality garden furniture and a parasol. There is a second table for enjoying what you have cooked on the Weber grill, in the evening sun, also with a parasol. A small garden and two parking spaces are available. Everything is fenced and far away from roads with traffic. The locality is about 2km away and there are shops 1000 metres away and a restaurant 2km away.

    “Die Unterkunft gefiel uns sehr gut. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlte nichts. Das gesamte Umfeld auf dem Bauernhof mit den Hühnern, Gänsen und Schafen ist sehr beruhigend und entspannend. Das Vermieterehepaar ist immer hilfsbereit und ansprechbar und wohnt gegenüber im Haus.”

    “Absolut fantastisk ferie med meget for pengene. Vi kommer gerne igen. God plads til os alle, dejligt med toilet på 1. salen hvor soverummene befinder sig. Som at bo i et eventyr. Meget flotte gamle bygninger med fin historie. Højt og luftigt til loftet. Der var alt hvad vi skulle bruge i køkken, frys mm. Positiv: Idylisk beliggenhed og fantastisk velholdt ejendom. Friske blomster bød os velkommen og der stod havemøbler klar på verandaen i skyggen, i forhaven til om aftenen og på den skønne træterrasse til morgen og frokost. Meget meget søde og gæstfrie værter. Negativ: Fluerne, men det kan jo ikke undgås med dyr omkring. Det var enormt hyggeligt med får, høns og gæs omkring os.”

    “Wir haben durch einen glücklichen Zufall das Haus sehr kurzfristig buchen können und dort eine tolle Ferienwoche verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einer kleinen sehr idyllischen Hofanlage, in der das überaus freundliche Vermieterehepaar ein kleines Paradies mit Blumen- und Gemüsegärten, Hühnern, Schafen und Gänsen geschaffen hat. Vom Hahn geweckt werden (oder rechtzeitig das Fenster schließen) und den Kindern vom Frühstückstisch aus beim Schafe füttern zusehen - pure Urlaubsidylle! Im Wald rund ums Haus gibt es markierte Spazier- oder Joggingwege und in fast alle Himmelsrichtungen (außer Norden) ist man in gut 45 min am Strand. Höör bietet alles an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, was man braucht, ist aber sonst eher eine sehr normale Kleinstadt. Wir haben jedenfalls in dem fast schon luxuriös ausgestatteten Haus eine optimale Heimat für eine aktive Urlaubswoche gefunden und kommen gerne wieder!”
