This Canary style holiday house is located on La Palma's sunny west side. It is in a slight hillside location, in between Todoque and Las Manchas.



The 65 m² living space of the house spreads over a spacious room with a comfortable sectional, satellite television and a dining table, a separate breakfast nook, an open plan, well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with two 90 x 200 cm mattresses, which are renewed every 18-24 months.



The house sits on a fenced in property of approximately 1000 m² with various palm trees, cacti and flowering plants and shrubs. Adjacent to the house is a 18 m² conservatory, a covered sitting area and a 160 m² patio with an 8 x 4 meter pool.



The Casa Chica sits on a tarmacked, easily accessible, narrow road, which dead ends about 80 meters from the property. The Casa is fully fenced in and has a locked gate.



The location is very quiet and there are few neighbouring houses. It is about 1200 m to Todoque. It is about a two minute drive to the town centre, with a beautiful church; shops, restaurants, rental car agency, pharmacy and a small tapas bar are in the vicinity. Los Llanos, "the capitol of the West" offers additional shopping facilities, including supermarkets, clothing stores and a beautiful plaza and small alleyways with shops, cafes and tapas bars.

    “Das Haus ist für 2 Leute optimal. Tolle Lage (Blick aufs Meer), schön angelegter Garten mit Pool, sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet Küche, TV auch mit deutschen Programmen. Toll ist auch der Wintergarten, von dem aus man auch Meerblick hat und wo man sich an kühlen oder windigen Tagen gut aufhalten kann. Es gibt auch einen Ofen (Brennholz kann man kaufen oder sammeln) und eine sehr praktische mobile Gasheizung. Man muss also auch an kühlen Wintertagen nicht frieren. Ich kann die Casa Chica wirklich nur wärmstens empfehlen.”

    “Das Haus/Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles super sauber. Lage ist ruhig und abgeschieden, Privatsphäre ist groß geschrieben! Nur der Nachbarshund kläfft des Öfteren, nachts war aber Ruhe. Der Garten ist traumhaft angelegt und der Pool groß genug zum Schwimmen, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gartenmöbel sind funktionell, sollten aber bei Gelegenheit ausgetauscht werden. In den letzten Tage unseres Urlaubs war es sehr warm, ein Ventilator im Schlafzimmer wäre schön gewesen.

    Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen, wir kommen gerne wieder!”

    “Het huis is in orde, leuk zwembad, woonkamer ruim en in de keuken zijn bijna alle voorzieningen aanwezig. De keuken voelt wel vettig aan er is geen afzuigkap. Helaas geen wifi. Echter een hele grote maar! Naast het huis staan andere woningen op zich geen probleem.

    Alleen heeft de woning aan de rechtse kant vaste bewoners die honden hebben. Een hond is een kleine hond, die huilt, jankt keft en blaft. Je wordt ermee wakker en gaat ermee naar bed. Als je geluk hebt is het overdag tussen 10:00 en 14:00 even rustig. We hebben de verhuurder erop aangesproken alleen is er niets aan te doen. Voor ons was het zo erg dat wij hebben overwogen om te vertrekken, alleen dat is makkelijker gezegd dan gedaan, we zijn maar meer weg geweest.”

    Was die " verfettete Küche " angeht, so lässt sich dieses Problem nicht durch eine Dunstabzugseinrichtung, sondern nur durch Sauberkeit in der Küche lösen. In diesem Falle war es verursacht durch die Beschwerdeführer selbst. Unser Putzdienst ist gewissenhaft und das Objekt wird jeweils nach getaner Arbeit überprüft.”

    “Das Haus mit seinem vorgebauten Wintergarten und großem Pool bietet großartige Ausblicke und eine ruhige Lage. Kein Hundegebell nervt, keine Durchgangsstraße! Über einen Holperweg gut zu erreichen, ferner sind es zum Ort Todoque fußläufige Meter, sodass Einkäufe oder Abendessen in Lokalen gewährleistet sind. Das Bad ist gepflegt. Eine pragmatische, geschmackvolle Einrichtung: Ledercouch, großer Esstisch, Geschirr vorhanden, jedoch kein Geschirrspüler. Die Waschmaschine birgt Rätsel mit ihrer Funktionsweise. Dennoch rundum ein Objekt mit Wohlfühlcharakter!”
