The holiday apartment is in Kühnburg, near Hermagor on the edge of the forest on the sunny side of the Gail Valley.

Holiday apartment - spacious - ideal for skiing at the ski area Nassfeld or hiking and swimming in the lakes Presseggersee and Weissensee - three bedrooms - own garden with barbecue facilities

The apartment with a big garden is on the ground floor and enjoys the morning sun. The whole apartment has a very light and modern interior. The apartment measures 96m² and consists of a big living room that leads directly into the garden, with a dining table and a comfortable corner sofa, two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200cm) and a bedroom with a double bed measuring 140 x 200cm, a bathroom with under-floor heating, a bath and WC, and a second bathroom with a shower and washbasin. A fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessary accessories, cable TV, wireless Internet access and a ski or bicycle storage room round off the accommodation.



The garden is on the east side and the parking spaces are on the west side. On the north side the site is bordered by a quiet forested area.



On the first floor there is another accommodation to rent. A little gift of a local speciality awaits you on arrival, from the host family.



Pressegger Lake has drinking water quality and is just three kilometres away, also accessible by bicycle. The famous Nassfeld ski resort is 10.5km away. The ski bus stops 15 metres from the house and about 500 metres away you can find at least one bakery with daily fresh rolls (also a bread rolls delivery service).

    “Rundum-Sorglos-Paket für einen tollen Urlaub im Nassfeld-Wander-/Skigebiet. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Positiv: Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, mit Ausblick auf die Berge. Zentral da direkt an der Hauptstraße - man hört zwar den Straßenverkehr, wir haben das aber nicht als störend empfunden. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und es war alles vorhanden für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin/Guide, bei Fragen wurde uns unverzüglich geholfen.”

    “Noch nie haben wir in einer so gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung unseren Urlaub verbracht! Ein kleines Schälmesser ist das einzige was fehlt, sonst ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Selbst das, was man nicht unbedingt braucht, wie z.B. eine Fliegenklatsche und 2 Föne, wodurch man sich aber wirklich verwöhnt fühlt. Die Wohnung ist vielleicht nicht nach jedem Geschmack, aber ideenvoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Wir haben einen sehr netten Abend mit den Vermietern verleben dürfen, wofür wir uns an dieser Stelle nochmal bedanken möchten. Einzig die Lage in der Nähe zur Bundesstraße stellte einen kleinen Wermutstropfen da. Bei der Möglichkeit auch mit halben Häusern zu bewerten, würden wir mit 4,5 Häusern bewerten, so werden es eben leider nur 4 Häuser.”
