Holiday apartments of a high standard, in a central and quiet location in a villa district, near the spa area


These two apartments, each for two to four people, enjoy a central but nevertheless quiet location. They are in the centre of Karlovy Vary in a quiet villa district.

Both apartments have quality, tasteful furnishing. Each apartment provides a big LED TV with a 32” diagonal and digital satellite programmes. A brand dishwasher, a washing machine and free wireless Internet access are available /ADSL, 2+ with downstream 10MBit/s). Each apartment has central heating and radiators with thermostats for individual regulation. All the rooms have heating.

The site is completely fenced. There are free parking spaces on a side street by the house or in the bookable garage, for cars up to 4.70m long. The apartments are non-smoking and are suitable for allergy sufferers. They are easy to get to, with few steps.

It is just a short walk through a little park, about 300 metres, to the spa area, the sights, the thermal baths with all kinds of treatments. The nearest supermarket is about 900 metres away by car or 800 metres on foot.

Holiday apartment for up to four people

The stylish apartment provides 60m² of living space for up to four people. The dining space in the conservatory in the living room furnished with an attractive Italian design affords a pretty view of the garden and you can enjoy your breakfast here. The built-in kitchen is fully-equipped with a ceramic hob, convection oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, big fridge and freezer compartment, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The apartment can accommodate up to four adults. The comfortable and quiet bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm). The elegant living room has a big sofa bed (150 x 200cm) for two people. The modern bathroom has a shower and WC.

    “Ich habe mich wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und nicht "unnötig zugestellt". Alles Sachen die man zum täglichen Bedarf gebraucht hat, waren vorhanden... hochwertige Kücheneinrichtung, schöne Böden und schönes Bad, helle Räume, viele deutsche TV-Programme, WLAN, Staubsauger und Waschmaschine im Keller...- es fehlte an nichts. Positiv: Die ruhige Lage und trotzdem nah am Zentrum. Die Schlüsselübergabe (personenlos) gefiel mir sehr gut, sodass man flexibel anreisen konnte. Kostenloses WLAN. Negativ: - Restaurant: Becherplatz - Uriger Gewölbekeller, rustikale Ausstattung. Typische Kost mit Semmelknödel und Blaukraut, gemütlich und rustikal. Ausflüge: Hans-Heiling Felsen - Schöne Wanderung von etwa 3 Stunden, wenn man nach dem kleinem Lokal noch weiter wandert. Die Felsen sind sehr sehenswert. Der Weg führt am Wasser entlang.”

    “Positiv: Sehr schöne zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung ohne viel Schnick-schnack mit allem, was man braucht. Gut war auch die Garage, in der
    Auto und Fahrräder sicher untergebracht waren.
    Ruhige Lage in einem höher gelegenen Außenbezirk von Karlovy Vary (Drachov), jedoch nur 15 Min. fußläufig zum Centrum (viele Treppen). Für 5 € kann man sich mit dem Taxi fahren lassen.
    Sehr nette Vermieter, die immer ansprechbar waren.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet sehr schön gelegen. Die Innenstadt mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles war sauber. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt!”

    “Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, freundlich und sauber. Man blickt auf einen Garten. Der Einzug und die Abreiseregelung ist sehr kundenfreundlich und bequem. Die Küche und das Bad entsprechen einem modernen und auch praktischen, dabei eleganten Stil. Parken ist auch kein Problem. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral und man kann zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten die Innenstadt erreichen. Auch ein besonders gutes einheimisches Restaurant liegt direkt um die Ecke. Das Wohnviertel und die Umgebung sind ruhig und wirken landestypisch.”
