This comfortable holiday home with a private pool and a sun terrace with ocean views is located on a private property in a high end, quiet neighbourhood near the town centre and the beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear waters. The six room, 170m² holiday home has two storeys. On the ground floor, you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, each with a bathtub, a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the top floor you will find two bedrooms with access to the balcony and a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a sink and a window. Two of the three downstairs bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each and nightstands with reading lamps. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en suite bathroom with a window, a toilet, a bathtub with a splash guard and a sink. The second ground floor bathroom has the same furnishings. On the top floor bedrooms, you rest in comfortable double beds. The living/dining room is furnished with two sofa. For your evening entertainment, there are a flat screen satellite TV with a USB connection and a DVD player. The glass dining table for eight is perfect for communal meals. The fireplace offers a cosy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully loaded with a ceran stove with an oven, a fridge/freezer combo, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a dish washer.
Enjoy the beautiful 35 m² balcony. You overlook the pool, the ocean and the beautiful mountainous scenery. Downstairs you will find a covered patio with a dining table and several chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a barbecue. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and a sun shade and is protected from view. The property boasts plenty of space to park three vehicles.
Restaurants and nightlife can be found in town, only 1000 meters from the house. Due to its quiet and picturesque location and the beautiful beach, this is one of the most popular places on the Costa Dorada.
