Luxury apartment with a terrace and sea view, by the forest and near the beach

This luxurious holiday apartment is in a quiet residential district in Bibinje, surrounded by a pine forest. It is near the beach by the four-kilometre-long coast in the Zadar region. The area is full of character and life and provides an ideal starting point for exploring the region around Zadar, Split and Dubrovnik along the coastal road.

The two-storey holiday apartment is on the first and second floor and provides 65m² of living space for up to four people. The master bedroom has a queensize bed with two reading lamps, two wardrobes and a Smart TV. The children’s room has a bunk bed and a children’s TV with a DVD player and selected DVDs. The combined living and dining room is very light. A TV with more than 900 satellite channels and a DVD/VCR player are available. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an electric oven, a combined gas and electric stove, microwave, big fridge, dishwasher and other kitchen utensils. It also has a dining table and chairs for four people. The bathroom provides a shower, hairdryer, washing machine and mirror. A cot and a supplementary bed can be provided.

The 40m² terrace has four chairs and a table and affords a wonderful sea view. There is a barbecue for shared use in the garden. Two free parking spaces are available in front of the house, accessed via a gate.

The beach is just 300 metres away and it is a kilometre to the centre, where there are many shops, restaurants and bars. The bus stop is a five-minute walk away, with regular connections to Zadar five kilometres away, taking just ten minutes. You can go on car or boat trips to the Kornati, Plitvice and Krka national parks. The Municipal Museum has interesting exhibits regarding the history of Croatia and in the John the Baptist Church you can find holy objects from the 15th century. The harbor is on the outskirts of Bibinje and is the largest harbour on the Adriatic.

    “Ferienwohnung wie in Ausschreibung beschrieben, wunderschöner Blick von Dachterrasse aufs Meer. Sehr sauber. Vermieter total nett und freundlich. Sehr ruhige Lage und doch zentral. Nicht weit zum Meer oder zum nächsten kleinen Supermarkt.”

    “I have been to a lot of places and rented several apartments as well as hotel rooms but nothing like Vila Moli. First of all, the owners are beyond friendly. I believe I can say that we not only became friends but they also proved what real human values are in a person. In a nutshell, our car broke down in the middle of the highway on the way there and even though that was the very first time I ever spoke to the hosts before, they arranged a tow truck service for a reasonable price to take our ride to the garage and have it fixed the next day. It's always easier when someone speaks the language and knows about the rates (Road assistance called a service first which wanted to rip us off big time until they spoke to the owner of Vila Moli who negotiated everything and got us out of further troubles). Let's be honest, not a lot of hosts (if any) (in a hotel forget it) would have done the same! They even came and picked us up in Zadar at the car garage in the middle of the night. About the apartment: spacious, super hospital-clean and very modern, brand new. Rooms got state-of-the-art equipment, smart tv with internet, cable with over 800 channels, wifi, silent AC units, DVD players, windows with blinders etc. The huge terrace comes with a swingbed and furniture overlooking the sea. Parking is in the yard and free of charge (automatic gate comes with a clicker). The bathroom is equipped with a brand new washmaschine and shower place. Everything, as well as the extras -shower gel, body milk, soap, liquid soap etc- are branded and of a very good quality! The gorgeous beach, shops, grocery stores, pastries and cafes are 5mins walk (perfect for families too). The location is so quiet you can relax and enjoy the peace. However, if you like it busy, then the vibrant atmosphere of Zadar is also 5mins out by car with plenty of possibilities and attractions. ”
    - There is not one single thing (I can be very picky and my requirements are somewhat high though) that I can point out here. Vila Moli is just as perfect and even beyond as it is.
