The detached house is situated in a quiet residential area and has over 150 sqm on the ground floor.

Close to cala Anguila and Cala Mandia.

Available for 6 people.



It has a cosy living room with a leather couch and a flat-screen TV (only Spanish channels), from there you can enter the fully equipped kitchen which includes a refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and iron.

In addition, there is a dining table with chairs in the kitchen that invite you to have meals together.


There are also three bedrooms as well as two bathrooms with a shower or bathtub, and hairdryer.

In the house you have access to free WLAN, air conditioning and heating.

On request a cot and high chair can be provided.

The house has a large terrace where you can relax in the sun and enjoy the holiday as well as a spacious garden, which is especially suitable for children to play.

There is a private pool 3x6 meters.

The property is surrounded by a hedge, to provide the necessary privacy.

There is also a parking area on the holiday home’s property, which you can use during your stay altough parking in the street is free and easy.



The property is only about 300 metres from the beaches of "Cala Mandia" and "Cala Anguilla".

Both beaches were awarded the Blue Flag for their white sand and clear waters.

There are further sections of Mallorca’s unspoiled coastline in the vicinity.Porto Cristo is about 2 km away.

There are restaurants, bars and shopping possibilities for daily needs here.

    “Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir aber sehr zufrieden und würden dort immer wieder urlaub machen. Positiv: Das Haus war modern eingerichtet und auch mit vielen Haushaltsgeräten die man benötigt, wenn man sich selbst verpflegt, ausgestattet. Auch der Pool wurde in unserer Urlaubszeit gereinigt und wenn meinem etwas gefehlt hat, wurde dies gekauft und einem nächsten Tag gebracht. Negativ: Die Küchenutensilien waren leider sehr dreckig hinterlassen worden, was etwas ekelig war.”

    Ausstattung des Hauses ist in Ordnung. Es sieht auf den ersten Blick wunderschön aus, der Pool ist traumhaft.
    Schaut man genauer hin muss man folgendes feststellen:
    Die Bäder sind veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig, Toiletten riechen, Schubladen kaputt, Waschbeckenabfluss funktioniert nicht. Das Doppelbett ist nur ca 1.90m lang.
    Achtung: Es gibt zwar einen Fernseher, jedoch nur mit spanischen Sendern. Das ist sehr ärgerlich, da in der Beschreibung ausdrücklich „TV“ angegeben ist.
    Wlan funktionierte drei Tage nicht, dann wurde es repariert.
    Die Markise auf der Terrasse war abgebaut, sodass man diese nicht benutzen konnte.
    Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr veraltet, Teller mit abgesplitterten Kanten, alte Senfgläser als Trinkgläser. Für den anspruchsvollen Preis ist eine bessere Ausstattung zu erwarten.
