Spend a lovely and unforgettable holiday in these luxurious apartments. The house has three apartments, characterised by a charming and luxurious interior design.
The apartment building is near the edge of a forest, in the midst of a beautiful landscape. The garden affords a fantastic view of the Tyrolean mountains – the Hahnenkamm, Kitzbühler Horn, Wilder Kaiser etc.
The interior provides an accomplished combination of stylish furniture, antiques, modern comfort and handmade farmer’s furniture. The house has its own parking spaces. A washing machine, a dryer and a sauna are available for all guests to use. Household help is available if requested in advance, at a supplementary cost. Each apartment has an Internet connection. The apartments have central heating.
The apartments each have a section of the 300m² garden, as well as of the 40m² terrace. It is possible to drive right up to the house.
It is perfectly located, in Reith near Kitzbühel, ensuring peace and quiet, as well as convenient locations to Kitzbühel and the surrounding ski resorts. The luxurious country house, in a quiet and sunny location on a slope, is about 1.5km from the centre of Reith. Nearby you can find the cable car (4km), leisure facilities such as outdoor pools (6km), the Schwarzsee bathing lake (4km), a golf course (3km), riding stables and a tennis court (1km) and supermarkets and restaurants (1.5km). Apartment 1
This apartment measures 250m² and is suitable for ten to twelve people. It has five bedrooms (with TVs) with ten guest beds. There is also a pull-out double sofa bed, to accommodate a total of twelve people. The apartment also has a big living room (with a TV), a fully-equipped kitchen and three bathrooms with a separate WC.
You can use the apartment terrace and the terrace furniture as you please. The terrace affords a beautiful view of the Kitzbühel Alps and the famous Kitzbüheler Horn.
The apartment is also available for long-term rentals (including a number of months).
