The 35 m² apartment can accommodate up to four people. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds (80cm), which can be combined to a double bed if needed. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for two and an LED television. The open plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceran cooker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle and a microwave. There is a dining table for communal meals. The modern bathroom offers a shower, a sink and a toilet.
The apartment was fully renovated in 2012. The living room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. You will also find an iron, a vacuum and a blow dryer. A child's cot is available upon request free of charge. The heating/cooling costs are included in the rental price from November through April (up to 8 kWh/day). Any excess will be charged. The central location is ideal for guests who do not want to drive while on holiday.
It is about 20 meters to the harbour and the town centre. The nearest beach, Plage de Portissol, is only a ten minute walk from the property. During the high season, this beach is monitored and offers toilets. You can also rent beach mats here and there is a playground and a cafeteria and bars.
