Holiday accommodation on a big complex with a shared pool, grill area and playground, ideal for families


The two-hectare site with its holiday accommodation is about a kilometre from the sea, between the beach and the foothills of the Pyrenees. The park is planted with pine, cypress, mimosa and some palm trees. It is 1000 metres into the town of Argelès with its shops and restaurants.

The site has two big holiday apartments in the main building and a small holiday house.

There are shaded parking spaces right on site. The big park has play equipment providing entertainment for children of all ages, such as swings, a sandpit, a table tennis table and especially the big shared pool with an integrated children’s pool. This is heated from the end of April to the end of October and the surrounding wall holds back the wind, so that you can enjoy the sun uninterruptedly. After cooling off in the water, one can seek out a shady spot and relax on the deckchairs provided. A grill and two sitting areas with tables and chairs are provided.
The accommodation has free Internet access. Children are welcome. The owner lives on site. The accommodation is particularly suitable for families seeking a quiet holiday. The majority of guests are completely satisfied here, without a single complaint in the last year. It is a two-hectare park with a lot of trees. Around the large site there are some earth walls or high cypress hedges. The surrounding roads are mostly in a deep dip and a fair distance away. There are no cars or mopeds whizzing by noisily.

The neighbouring, forested plots of land are ideal for dogs to run around. Argelès with its enormous beach has an endlessly long promenade. The yacht harbour in modern surroundings provides entertainment. The well-known little coastal village of Collioure is five kilometres away. It is a former fishing village where painters such as Picasso, Matisse, Derain, Dufy and Chagall worked and met. You can visit the Hostellerie des Templier, where the painters paid with their works. You can go on a variety of trips along the coast and in the nearby lovely mountain world.

Ground-level holiday house with two terraces and a veranda, for five people

This charming, 95m² holiday house has two bedrooms, the first has a double bed (160 x 200cm), while the second has two single beds (90 x 190cm). The living room has a sofa, an armchair with a coffee table and a sofa bed, as well as a big flatscreen TV with HDMI reception of the highest quality. The big, beautiful, red built-in kitchen includes four electric cooking rings with a built-in stove, a dishwasher and a big fridge with a freezer compartment, as well as a microwave. The kitchen also has a big dining space. The bathroom has two washbasins, a bath, a shower cubicle and a WC. There is a further WC with a washing machine next door in a separate room. The veranda with a dining space, surrounded by flowers and bushes, is glazed on three sides and forms an extension to the living room.

A door leads from the veranda to an additional terrace with loungers, which is a little higher. The barbecue stands in front of this terrace. This area is fenced, so it is safe for small children or dogs.

The house is at ground level and therefore accessible to wheelchair users.

    “Das gepflegte Ferienhaus in einer übersichtlichen Parkanlage mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und großem Pool liegt ca. 1500m von einem großen Sandstrand entfernt. Bad und separate Toilette, zwei Terrassen, Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafräume, Wintergarten und Wohnküche machen den Aufenthalt angenehm. Die Betreuung durch die auf dem Gelände lebenden Besitzer war ausgezeichnet.”
