Das Bergdorf ist 900 m hoch gelegen und liegt 7 km von der Ortsmitte Oberstdorf entfernt. 1972 wurde der Luftkurort zu Oberstdorf eingemeindet.     “Eine etwas ältere Anlage, aber gepflegt.
    Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und vom Balkon aus hat man eine schöne Aussicht. Liebevoll ausgestattet, um auch an trüben Tagen keine Langeweile zu haben .
    Sauber und gepflegt. Auch in der Anlage befinden sich einige Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten ( Tischtennis, Fitnessraum, Schwimmbad , Tennisplatz ) die man ohne zusätzliche Kosten nutzen kann .
    Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis . Jederzeit wieder”

    “Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Ecke und die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Leider stimmt die Bewertung eines Gastes vor uns genau so, wie unsere. Es wurde nichts verbessert. Die Wohnung 012 würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen. Das Bett war nicht sauber, da haben wir unsere eigene Bettwäsche mitgebracht und genutzt. Das Bad ist eine Katastrophe. Da fließt das Wasser nicht gut ab und es steht im kleinen Becken. Es gibt viel Schimmel und da blättert die Decke teilweise ab. Das Bad ist zudem sehr klein und kalt. Der Duschvorhang ist dreckig. Der Heizlüfter befindet sich sehr nah am Duschvorhang aus Plastik und es ist eine gefährliche Sache diesen Lufter zum Heizen zu nutzen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber.
