Holiday cottage located in the 1st row on one of Funen's best plots with incredible panoramic water views from both the house and plot. Lyø and Avernakø can be seen from the house. The house is approx. 50 m from the beach, you can walk directly from the plot down to the water. The house was built in 2014 and the architect and interior designers have attached great importance to the cottage appearing bright. Four bedrooms respectively with double beds and two single beds. Furthermore, there is a large mezzanine in the house. Bathroom with 2-person whirlpool, shower cabinet and sauna for 4 people. Large combined living/dining room furnished with furniture in Danish quality. The living room has direct access to the terrace. The living room is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio with CD player and digital satellite systems. Kitchen is richly equipped with ceramic hob, oven, cooker hood, fridge with 120 litre freezer and microwave oven. There are two cots and two high chairs. Both German and Danish TV channels in the house. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. On the plot there is a petanque court. The house has a large open/partly covered terrace with garden furniture and grill. The plot borders a large area which extends down to the water.
