SituationThis villa is situated in a quiet residential area in Sa Punta des Port, a part of Cala D'Or.� The rocky cove Cala Llamp is 500m. away and about 10 minutes walk you will reach the small the sandy beach Cala Egos and Cala Egos centre that offers shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The marina of Cala D’Or with superb water front restaurants and cafeterias is aprox. 2 km away. Cala D’Or centre that is within 3 minutes drive offers a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, pubs with live music and shops and boasts several lovely sandy coves such as Cala Gran, Cala D’Or and Cala Esmeralda. Both the shower rooms and bathrooms are high quality and modern style. There is a spacious terrace with views over the pool and garden as well as a ceiling terrace with views over the sea.OutdoorThe dining room leads to the terrace with a nice and shady dining area, perfect for "al fresco" dining.
