    “Eine schön eingerichtete Wohnung diese liegt im Zentrum von L´Escala. Die Fotos entsprechen zu 100% dieser Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, Waschmaschiene, Spühlmaschiene, Kaffemaschiene, Kühl/Gefrierkombination,TV, Klimaanlage in allen Schlafräumen und Wohnzimmer/Küche. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3.OG (Aufzug vorhanden) und geht über 2 Etagen. In der unteren Etage befindet sich die offene Küche/Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafraum mit angrenzendem Bad. In der oberen Etage ist noch ein Schlafzimmer mit ebenfalls angrenzenden Bad. Ebenfalls befinden sich oben die Dachterasse, diese ist schön groß und man hat einen super Ausblick.

    Im direkten Umfeld befinden sich div. Restaurants, Bar´s usw. Bis zum Meer sind es nur wenige Meter, wer aber am Strand liegen möchte sollte etwa 900m gehen. Wer mobil ist, kann auch im Umfeld die ein oder andere Bucht aufsuchen.

    Die Wohnung war bei der Übergabe sauber und alles hat funktioniert.”
