Holiday apartment with a living room that has a tiled fireplace and a sunny balcony with a panoramic view

The house is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Meransen in South Tyrol, away from traffic, and can accommodate a total of ten people, so it is suitable for families or groups of friends.

Its 80m² provide three bathrooms each with a shower, WC and washbasin, four bedrooms (three of which with double beds and a washbasin, and one with a double bed and a bunk bed). The apartment has a fully-equipped, modern kitchen and a rustic lounge with a tiled fireplace for cosy togetherness.

There is also a sunny balcony with a wonderful panoramic view.

The house is an ideal starting point for exploring the hiking, walking and mountain biking trails of the Pustertal Alps. Enjoy tours to mountain meadows and chalets, for relaxation and well-being. It is a very special experience to admire the autumn backdrop and the tradition of bringing the cattle down from the mountain pastures, which leads right past Haus Adler and takes place on the first Saturday in October. Not far from the house there are also a children’s playground and an indoor swimming pool with a sauna. In winter, the ski pistes are within an easy five-minute walk. Here you can launch into skiing fun in the ski resort of Meransen – Gitschberg – Jochtal. In Meransen itself there are an ice skating rink and a Kids’ Ski Park.

    “Sehr netter Vermieter. Immer hilfsbereit. Tolle Idee mit den Getränkeservice. Gut gepflegtes Haus mit schönen Ausblick. Hübscher kleiner Garten. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. TV, Waschmaschine, WLAN alles da. Es kann sein das sich mehrere Familien im Haus aufhalten, es hat zwei Etagen. Im Dachgeschoss ist eine Ferienwohnung die je nach Personenzahl mit zum Haus gehört oder einzeln vermietet wird. Alle benutzen aber den gleichen Eingang und das selbe Treppenhaus. Das muss aber nicht störend sein. Es waren tolle 10 Tage mit sehr schönen Wetter.
    Lieber Gastgeber, mach bitte weiter so. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
    Die Fahrten (für die Seilbahnen) waren kostenlos mit der Karte die man vom Vermieter erhält. Super Idee, die spart Geld.”

Auch für neue Gäste, die sich für dieses Haus interessieren, ist es eine Versicherung wie unser Ferienhaus für das wohl der Gäste betrieben wird. Wir gehen auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein und hören gerne Ihren Erzählungen bei einem Schnapsl, wo dann schon manchmal auch zu den Musikinstrumenten gegriffen wird.”

    “Een mooi huis, goed gelegen en ruim voorzien van badkamers en toiletten. Wat ons sterk verwonderde was dat de eigenaar/beheerder ook in het huis bleef slapen met een partner. De eigenaar maakte zelf gebruik van een gedeelte van de woning. Dat lijkt ons niet correct. Omdat we binnen in het huis, in gang, hal of op de trap onze eigenaar konden tegenkomen, gaf dat beperkingen op privacy. De eigenaar had van binnenuit toegang tot al onze ruimten, zoals slaapkamer, badkamer, keuken enz.”
