Holiday House in Treffen with Terrace, Jacuzzi and Garden and Great View

Visit the Almchalet Orter at 1000 metres altitude and spend a well-deserved holiday in an incomparable landscape. It has 5 hectares of land and you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Ossiacher Tauern as far as the Karawanken. The house is an alternative to crowded hotels and chalet villages.

You can relax comfortably in the generous Almchalet Orter for up to six people. Its 100m² provide plenty of space for you and your family. The chalet has an open living, dining and kitchen room on the ground floor. It has a leather suite and a dining table with a bench and chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped, with a dishwasher and everything you need for cooking. You can spend cosy hours in front of the pellets fireplace stove, which is also the central heating. The upper floor has three bedrooms with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower, WC and washing machine.

Outside you can find a garden and a terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. In winter snow chains are recommended, although snow is cleared from the access road to the house.

In the midst of the Ossiacher Lake and Gerlitzen region you can find many leisure activities in summer and in winter. There is a restaurant about a kilometre away and you can go shopping about five kilometres away.

    “Es ist eine Alleinlage mit fantastischem Ausblick auf den Ossaicher See und die Karawanken. Man muss zwar ein paar Kurven bis zum Haus fahren, aber das ist es allemal wert. Mit dem Auto kann man quasi bis zum Haus fahren. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut: vom Mixer über Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine (Kapsel und Filter) bis WC Spray ist alles vorhanden.”

    “Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Küche sowie der angrenzende Wohnbereich bieten wirklich alles, was im Urlaub benötigt wird. Die Schlafzimmer ebenfalls gut ausgestattet v.a. "Gute Betten". Gut funktionierendes WLan. Sehr nette und bemühte Vermieter.
    Die Lage ist alleinstehend, sehr ruhig und doch direkt an der Alpenstraße. Das Größte für uns war jedoch der phantastische, unverbaute Ausblick auf den Ossiacher See und auf die Berge. Wir waren im Winter 2019 da und kommen im September 19 wieder. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.”
