City house with a bourgeois charm in an excellent location




The house enjoys a great location in the 14th district called “Zugló”, among the most frequented districts of Budapest. Zugló is near the city centre, but large areas of the district are a green belt. Budapest provides everything a world city can offer and the Zugló district is the green lung of the city.



The house in a bourgeois style with a big garden has been carefully renovated and fitted with contemporary technology and amenities. Attention was paid to a high quality standard with regard to the décor and furnishing.



The house has two bedrooms, a large one and a smaller one, each with a double bed. If there are five or six guests, we also open the 25m² attic room that has two single beds joined together as a double bed (200 x 200cm). The living room featuring original stucco and a beautiful bow front is a highlight of the house and owing to the “old” blinds, which can be both pulled down and folded out, it is pleasantly cool indoors in summer. High-speed wireless Internet access and a digital satellite receiver with more than 250 channels are free and will keep you up to date. A cot can be added to the large bedroom on request. The kitchen is fully-equipped for six people with crockery, a fridge, a freezer, four ceramic rings and a convection oven, a sink, a large worktop, a dishwasher, a cooker hood, a Bauknecht washing machine integrated into the workspace, and a dining corner for six people. The bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, a bathroom cupboard with a mirror, a hairdryer and an extra-large 100 x 100cm walk-in shower with massage jets. The house also has a separate toilet and a hallway.



A large garden with a big terrace and garden furniture invites you to relax. There is a private parking space on site.



You can leave your car parked securely on site and use the good public transport connections for exploring Budapest. Hotspots such as Heroes Square, the National Gallery, the municipal forest, Széchenyi thermal baths, the leisure park and zoo are worth a visit.
