Cosy holiday apartment near the historic quarter

This holiday apartment is located on the second floor of a renovated old building with a lift and is situated halfway between the historic quarter and the small beaches.

The holiday apartment has a large living and dining room, which is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a large seat cushion, a book shelf, and a table. From the living room, you can access the living/kitchen area, which is equipped with an oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso maker, and a kettle as well as cooking utensils and dinnerware. Furthermore, a large bedroom with a double bed is at your disposal, where an extra bed can be placed. There is a second bedroom with two single beds and an additional pull-out bed. The apartment also has a bathroom with a bathtub plus shower function, toilet, bidet, wash basin and washing machine. Along the passageway, there is a cupboard - three compartments of which are at the guests' disposal. On request, a child’s bed for children of up to three years of age will be provided free of charge. There is also a utility room with a broom, vacuum cleaner and clothes horse. A fan is also available.

Parking is available in the garage that belongs to the building (Maximum height 2.36 m, please note the photo of the parking lot). There are other public parking spaces close to the apartment - some free of charge, others subject to a fee.

You will find a supermarket and other grocery stores very close to the holiday apartment. On the ground floor of the building, there is a hairdresser and a small stand-up cafe. Furthermore, in the surrounding area, you will find a sailing club, shops, restaurants and typical bars. The various beaches are not far from the apartment. There is a sports centre called "Due Pini" with indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts and athletics facilities. For those looking for a beautiful beach in a less crowded area, there is the beach "Baia del Vento" a few kilometres from Salò. There are plenty of shady parking spaces (chargeable), a nice bar, a pizzeria and a restaurant with an adjoining small playground. The lake offers the opportunity for various watersport activities such as swimming, sailing and windsurfing, as well as sports activities such as horseback riding, golf and mountain biking. You can take wonderful walks alongside the lake or in the surrounding hilly countryside.
