Apartment near the beach with a roofed balcony and a garden
This detached house is just 300 metres from the beach, in the small and quiet, but interesting village of Fazana. It is just five kilometres to the Istrian town of Pula.
This apartment is on the second floor and measures 65m². It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom/WC with a washing machine, a kitchen area, a dining area and the modern and spacious living room, forming a unit with the other areas mentioned. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds that can also be joined together easily. The bathroom has a shower and WC. You can use the washing machine at no additional cost. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, oven, freezer compartment, fridge and stove with four rings (of which two are gas). The living room has a sofa bed for another person. Satellite TV is available. The apartment has air conditioning in the living area.
Outside there is a completely roofed balcony, with a table and chairs. In front of the terrace you can sunbathe in the green grass or simply relax and read a book. This apartment has a parking space on site.
The house has two apartments and is therefore suitable for two families who would like to spend their holiday together. There is another accommodation unit on the second floor. The owner lives on the first floor and is happy to assist with any queries. Free Internet access is available. Pets are not allowed. The owner offers a free shuttle service to and from the apartment.
The house is ideally located, near the beach and the town centre, and therefore to everything you need on your holiday – supermarket, bank, post office, restaurants, café-bars, travel bureaux – are within 300 metres. During your stay, we recommend that you visit the Brijuni National Park, with its safari park and the beautiful nature. It can only be accessed from the harbour in Fazana. You should also visit places such as Pula (5km away) or Rovinj (25km), as well as the local festivities that are held here every evening during the summer season (from June to September).
