This house is beautifully situated in the cozy seaside resort of Callantsoog and offers a nice view onto the dunes. The house is for rent throughout the year and is located within a walking distance to the beach, the sea and the dunes and the centre of Callantsoog.

The house has two floors and is suitable for two adults and two children. On the ground floor, you will find the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. On the first floor, the two spacious bedrooms are located. The open kitchen is equipped with induction plate and oven, refridgerator with freezing compartment, microwave oven with grill function, toaster, coffee maker, water heater, enough pots and cutlery as well as a dining table with four chairs. The bathroom has a toilet, a washbasin and a shower, as well as a hair-dryer. In the living room you will find a sofa for three persons, a chair and a table and a sideboard. A LCD flatscreen TV with digital reception (even a few german channels), a DVD-player and a HiFi set. From the living room you have access to the furnished terrace. In the back of the garden, there is a small storage with a wagon and enough space for your bikes. The adults´ bedroom is equipped with two single beds which are located next to each other, large windows (from floor to ceiling), a balcony and a wardrobe. The other bedroom has bunk beds and a chest of drawers. There is enough space for a travel bed as well. You will get access to the free wireless internet by a code.
The house has a spacious garden has a wooden shed and a private parking lot. The garden has a sunny terrace and garden furniture. If you are looking for shady place to relax, you can let down the awning.
For a day trip, you can visit Callantsoog and the surrounding. The northern tip of North Holland has the most sunshine hours from Holland. The beach of Callantsoog is separated from the cozy village just by a narrow range of dunes. The village offers terraces, cafes and shops. Next to Callantsoog, some historic towns like Schagen with its west frisian market, Alkmaar with its cheese market and Den Helder with its many interesting museums. A trip to the isle of Texel is possible as well. In Callantsoog, directly behind the dunes, you can enjoy the nature reserve of “Het Zwanewater“, where you can see strange plants, birds and two dune seas. Highly recommended.
