Manor with pool in the hills of Chianti, surrounded by the nature preserve of Sant’Agnese

The manor is a villa with a spacious garden, located in the heart of the Chianti Classico area, in the Sant'Agnese nature reserve, which is one of the few in the world containing spectacular hills covered with naturally propagated cypress trees. The villa stands on a hill which overlooks an enchanted landscape.

The villa consists of four, very comfortable, fully equipped apartments, each with its own exclusive, furnished garden.

The pool can be reached from the large garden surrounding the villa, it was designed and built amongst the olives and vines where peace reigns supreme; and it is far enough from the apartments and their private gardens to guarantee the utmost privacy and tranquillity. The garden contains a fine cypress wood, lots of olive and fruit trees and is enhanced by beds of multicoloured rose bushes and aromatic plants.

The landscape and the view, the lack of roads in the surroundings (the only road to reach the villa finishes in the woods and no other roads can be seen or heard from the villa), the woods full of cypress trees, oaks and holm oaks, the vineyards and olive groves surrounding the villa and the typical atmosphere of this land with its warm, natural colours all add up to create a cosy, magical, relaxing atmosphere. The ruins of an ancient castle, old Tuscan farmhouses, olive groves, vineyards and the perfectly preserved Paneretta castle, - one of the best in Chianti - can be seen like in the view from a terrace on a picture postcard.

The manor is the ideal place for those who love to stay in the heart of Chianti Classico, be it to enjoy a completely relaxing holiday or to discover the delights of Tuscany. As a matter of fact, at the Tenuta la Cipresseta (La Cipresseta Estate) you can enjoy the peace of country life, indulge in strolls among the olives, vines and cypress trees and discover light, barely perceivable hills crossed by pathways and dirt tracks. The Tenuta la Cipresseta is also the perfect starting point for day trips: in a few hours you can visit the nearby Tuscan cities of art (Florence 35 km., Siena 30 km., San Gimignano 15 km., Volterra 40 km., Monteriggioni 20 km. etc.), not to mention the small hamlets and medieval villages, evocatively steeped in tradition, on which the history of the Chianti Classico area is based and which have made it famous throughout the world. The villa stands in a place which is easily reached from the major roads and is adapted to any requirement.

Apartment Ginestra

The apartment is large about 65 mq. and it has been completely renovated in 2010. It has good living room, very comfortable, with separate kitchen and lounge with table, sofa, armchairs and fireplace. The apartment has two large bedrooms, one matrimonial very nice with large window with a splendid view over the valley, and one with two twin beds. The bathroom is very nice and functional, with a large shower. The apartment is equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, washing-machine, internet wi-fi, fireplace and independent heating.

It has a beautiful and large private sunny garden, with wonderful view over the valley, equipped with parasol, table, chairs and deck chairs.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist von gehobenem Standard. Besonders haben uns die tolle Terrasse und der traumhaft gelegene Pool gefallen. Auch der große Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben manch wertvollen Geheimtipp von Ihr bekommen, wie z.B. wo man am besten essen kann. Wir hatten traumhafte 7 Tage und fahren jederzeit gerne wieder hin. Sehr kinder- und hundefreundliche Vermieterin. Ferienwohnung in sehr schöner Lage in den Weinbergen.”
