Apartment with sea view and pool
Situated above the Grand Hotel in Mgarr Gozo, this new apartment has stunning sea views over the lovely blue Mediterranean, Comino and Malta.
The south facing penthouse apartment (80m2 total area) is on the top (5) floor of a newly built complex with a pool, sunbathing area and a security gate. The apartment is served by an elevator. There is one bedroom, a modern kitchen, full bathroom, a sun filled lounge and two terraces, one overlooking the sea and harbour, and the other overlooking the pool area. The lounge and front terrace overlook the harbour, ocean, Comino and Malta in a wonderful sweeping panorama. The terrace is of good size with outdoor chairs and tables. The lounge opens on to the terrace through large sliding glass doors and makes a fabulous indoor/outdoor area. The room has a three seater couch and Ottoman, a small LED TV with a satellite box and free to air European channels.

The complex is new, but has been cleverly designed to match the traditional Maltese architecture with warm honey coloured limestone walls and brightly coloured balconies. The gated complex has a swimming pool, sunbathing area and elevator.
