Holiday house with separate holiday apartments for a private holiday for couples, with family or friends, on the Baltic Sea island of Usedom




This is a spacious holiday house consisting of three separate holiday apartments, with an extensive, six-hectare site and located in a little community at the heart of the island of Usedom. Katschow is between the town of Usedom and the seaside towns of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck, centrally situated in relation to the Baltic Sea, the Stettiner Haff, Peenestrom and the Achterwasser.

The former farmhouse has been modernised and as a whole (atraveo No. 842078) it can accommodate at least 13 people when booking the three apartments together, alternatively they can also be booked separately for a holiday as a couple or with children. Supplementary beds can also be added to each of the apartments.

The first apartment (atraveo no. 476073) has five beds in two bedrooms and provides 85m² of living space. The largest apartment (atraveo no. 476618) can accommodate up to six people in three bedrooms, providing 105m² of living space. The third, romantic apartment (atraveo no. 476619) is a 30m² studio for two people. All the apartments have a kitchen and a shower room, for an independent and self-catering holiday.

In the outdoor area of the large site everyone can relax after a lovely, exciting day by the sea. There is a grill area on site, as well as a campfire area, groups of seating and a climbing frame for children. Bicycles can be hired locally for exploring the beautiful island of Usedom actively.

The town centre is about 500 metres away. There is a restaurant 2km away awaiting your visit. You can go on bicycle trips to the sea 3km away. The beach is 9km away.

Big holiday apartment for five people with two bedrooms, a steam sauna and a fireplace

The apartment with a big garden enjoys a central location on the island Usedom. The surroundings have a rural character and the house stands alone. If you need time out from everyday life, but would like to avoid the anonymity of a hotel, then you can look forward to a relaxing and independent holiday here. The apartments are in an old modernised farmhouse on a large site, with entrances at ground level.



The practical and comfortable apartment of around 85m² is suitable for up to 5 people. The charming interior and cosy warmth will make you feel at home. It comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with a ceramic hob, an extractor fan, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The living room provides a satellite TV, a radio/CD player and a fireplace stove. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two dressers and a big cupboard. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a single bed and a cupboard, There is space in the hallway for shoes and coats.



There is a generous garden for leisurely breakfasts outdoors with family or friends, enjoying the morning sun. The large lawn invites you to enjoy volleyball or frisbee. Children can run around to their heart’s content. You can sunbathe undisturbed and relax in the fresh air in privacy. The large site has a grill area, campfire area, climbing frame, seating groups etc. Parking spaces are available.



Katschow is between the town Usedom and the three imperial seaside towns Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. In a central location for the Baltic Sea, Stettiner Haff, Peenestrom and Achterwasser.

    “unfreundlicher Vermieter das Anwesen eigentlich schön,aber die gebrauchtsgegenstände sehr ungepflegt. Wir können das Anwesen nicht weiter empfehlen Negativ: Die Lage der Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe Große Hühnerzucht und schweinezucht,
    Bei niedrigen Aussentemperaturen keine Heizung, viele verbote zb. Außenbeleuchtung bei Dunkelheit ausschalten,insgesamt sehr ungepflegt”

    “Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Das Anwesen selber ist riesig und bietet genügend Platz. Der Vermieter hat eine sehr freundliche Hundedame und ist auch äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr zentral auf der Insel und gut zu erreichen. Das Anwesen entspricht weitestgehend "Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof". Sämtliche Fenster sind mit Fliegengitter versehen. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft gibt es landwirtschaftliche Betriebe, was aber keinerlei Geruchsbelästigung nach sich zieht (egal von wo der Wind kam). Einzig, dass der Handyempfang ziemlich schlecht ist, weswegen mobiles Internet eigentlich nicht möglich ist, gibt es als Manko anzuführen (aber man ist ja schließlich auch im Urlaub).”
